•  Warehouse Location All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located at 4260 Pilon Point, San Diego, CA 92130. Orders are typically shipped from this location within 1 to 2 business days.
Free shipping on order above $400 USD.
•  Order Processing Time We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
•  Shipping Method OurBello uses USPS Ground Advantage for domestic shipping. Shipping times and charges are determined based on the destination ZIP code or fixed charge based on some products.
•  Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. USPS Ground Advantage shipping charges will vary according to the destination ZIP code. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
•  We offer free standard shipping on some products that is valid for USPS Ground Advantage shipments only.
•  Domestic Shipping Times Most orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days after being shipped, depending on your location and the USPS Ground Advantage service. Remote areas may take longer. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
•  Shipping to P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that shipping times to P.O. Boxes may be longer than to standard street addresses.
•  International Shipping Currently, OurBello only offers domestic shipping within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
•  Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the USPS website or through the tracking link provided in the email.
•  Shipping Delays While we make every effort to ship orders on time, shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or postal carrier delays. OurBello is not responsible for delays caused by external factors once your package has been dispatched
