I received my order in terrible condition the purse arrived dirty, wrinkled, and with noticeable discoloration on the feet. This is unacceptable for a product that was advertised as brand new. When I reached out to customer service, their response was dismissive, saying “We checked and all our bags have the same look and feel.” That’s simply not true, and it shows a complete lack of accountability. I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the item and the poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for genuine, new products.
